This policy explains how we (Bragenham Farm, also trading as Heron’s Rural Retreat, our campsite and glampsite) collect and use data captured via our website (www.bragenhamfarm.co.uk), via emails and calls from customers and prospective customers, via our partners and via our advertising activity (social media, Google).
Most visits to our website do not involve the exchange of any personal data unless you contact us about making a booking and provide us with information needed to fulfil the request you have made from us. Bookings will be handled via our partner Queensborough Group who provide our booking system Q-Book. We access booking information on a computer. In addition there is information collected about your visit to our website via cookies.
What are cookies?

Our website is built in Squarespace. Squarespace uses the following cookie types: Functional/Required and Analytics/Performance.
Functional and Required cookies help our visitors can navigate and use key features on our site.

We may also occasionally review customer data to assess performance of our marketing activity and guest satisfaction, and we use this to improve our offering.
Third parties
We do not sell or share guest’s personal data that we collect via our website, email or telephone with any third parties.
However we do work with several third-parties who provide technical, marketing or advertising services to us. Data captured via these partners is shared with us to help us deal with enquiries and manage bookings. These partners include

We retain access to some of your data which will be used for accounting and tax reporting purposes, to capture balance/deposit payments due and to administer any potential refunds. We do not have access to your card or bank details.
- Square (Squareup.com) is our partner for contactless card payments for guests staying on site. We retain access to some of your data which will be used for accounting and tax reporting purposes, and to administer any potential refunds. We do not have access to your card or bank details.

Queensborough Group are our Data Processors. HotelHost Company and Rackspace are sub-processors providing services to Queensborough Group in the provision of our online booking system.
